Studio One's waterfront rental is located on the ground level. Our units differ vastly from other Florida Keys lodgings because our property is right on Florida Bay. If you trailer your boat, the dockage is a few feet from the back door. Our docks can handle boats up to 25’ and you can park your trailer in our front lot. There is a boat ramp just two blocks away. Studio 1 can sleep 2 adults and one child (up to 12 years). We have a king size bed and a futon. Each villa has been remodeled with granite counter tops, modern kitchen appliances and all new bathrooms. All units have unobstructed views of Florida Bay. Fisherman can take advantage of dockage. bait freezer, cleaning station and commercial ice machine to fill your cooler. The bar area has a grill where you can cook the day's catch. Guests have access to docks, grill/bar area, lounge deck, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, laundry room, bait freezer, commercial ice machine for your cooler. Owners or on-site manager is available from 8AM-7PM. Each unit has parking for one vehicle and boat trailer. This villa is located in a small fishing community that reflects the authentic Florida Keys, Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but only 10 minutes away from many activities. We provide outside table and chairs, and just around the corner, the barbecue grill. Our accommodations include king bed, living and dining area, futon, polished terrazzo floors, waterfront patio, literally 6 feet from the water, full size and equipped kitchens, A/C and cable TV, DVD and Wi-Fi. Each villa has been remodeled with granite counter tops, modern kitchen appliances and all new bathrooms. All units have unobstructed views of Florida Bay. Guests have access to docks, grill/bar area, lounge deck, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, laundry room, bait freezer, commercial ice machine for your cooler. This upstairs unit is fully remodeled with new kitchen and bath. It has all new modern appliances with icemaker and filtered water as well as pots, pans, dishes, drip coffee maker, Keurig. USB chargers, smart TV and other modern conveniences. This unit has a private balcony with fantastic views of Florida Bay and the best sunsets in all the Keys. Studio with a King Bed plus a pull-out sofa, one bath. The studio comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 1 child. Conch Key Villas is on the quaint and charming island of Conch Key located just north of Marathon Florida. Our clean and comfortable accommodations nestled behind a gated entrance and beautiful landscaping offer a green oasis for relaxation. Parking for your boat trailer and vehicle is ample and a boat slip is included. A boat ramp is located a short distance away right on Conch Key. Unit 4 is located upstairs, the street side provides treetop views of our tropical palms and the Gulf side balcony has unobstructed panoramic views of the clear tropical waters of the Florida Gulf. Your accommodations provide a fully equipped kitchen, tile shower, comfortable king size bed, pull out futon, bed and bath linens, cable and wireless internet. The studio sleeps 2 adults and 1 child comfortably. Relax, sit back, and enjoy the views. Have a glass of wine or a cold beer and watch the stunning sunsets over the water. This upstairs studio has views that cannot be matched. Downstairs you can grill up the catch of the day or enjoy dinner on your private balcony complete with tables and chairs. The common area utility room includes a bait freezer and coin operated washer and dryer. There is also a fish cleaning station and wash-down hoses at your slip. After your day of fun in the Keys gather at our outside grill/bar area for fish stories and remembrances of your wonderful day and view the most spectacular sunsets in the Keys.
