Conch Key Villas #2 Peaceful waterfront lodging

We absolutely LOVED this Airbnb! The views are everything you could ever want in a tropical paradise. Fishing is top tier, caught a variety of fish from mangrove snappers, grunts, and even a nurse shark! You will see lots of tarpon and we saw a nurse shark swimming right by the boat slips every single day. The amenities are great, can’t beat kayaks and provided fishing poles (which I rigged up perfectly for the next people to use). The sunset is absolutely stunning and we had the pleasure of getting to talk and hangout with David a bit. He is a great guy and very accommodating! We have found our Keys rental that we will be coming back to each and everytime! If you’re looking for a place down in the keys look no further! The location is great- 20 minutes either way to Marathon and Islamorada. A little further from key west about an hour and a half. Not much to do in key west so it made for a great day trip to get in everything we wanted to see. My fiancée and I can’t wait to be back!

Peaceful, beautiful, great for fishing although we didn't fish. Laundry costs 2.50 per load and you will need quarters! David was very responsive. Everything was as described.

I can’t even put into how perfect this place is. The location was ideal. It was driving distance to all things but off the beaten path to allow for serenity. The view was gorgeous. We went to the keys for fishing and after trying a few bridges in the area, we found the fishing was better right from the docks in the back. We enjoyed the downstairs room so we could walk right out to the backyard. The little cat was a nice addition for this cat lover. Our Room was spacious and immaculate. We are already planning our next trip and stay at the Conch Villas.

We loved everything about this place, we did travel at the most busy time. Our plan is to travel at a lesser busy time. The location is perfect, amenities are good. We loved our stay!

One word...Fantastic! This place is truly a hidden gem. David and Daphne are wonderful host and hostess. We had such a wonderful time. Units are completely renovated with up to date modern amenities. Unit is so cozy and comfortable. David and Daphne made us feel right at home. Bed was super comfy. Great location with private boat dock right outside your back door. Plenty of room for parking your boat trailer and truck. The Conch Key community is such a quaint and quite little fishing village. Be sure and grab your fresh off the boat lobster, king crab claws or fresh fish from Nichols Fishery at the dock in the afternoon when the fishing boats arrive back to port. You can sit back and watch the beautiful sunset while eating your fresh lobster and King crab claws with a nice glass of wine. Marathon is only 15 minutes away with plenty of shopping and local restaurants. Key West is only 60 miles, perfect for a day trip. If you're looking for a perfect little quite location, this is it!

Where do I start?! My husband and I spent 5 nights at David’s and everything was great! The place is clean and cozy and all necessities and more were provided. We brought our small boat and we had it right outside the door, so convenient… (the only thing was the boat ramp that is right there was damaged so while we were still able to use it, it was a bit of a hassle getting the boat in and out, but that’s just a tip for anyone bringing a boat, not David’s fault whatsoever)The view is beautiful and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Close to so many great restaurants! I especially enjoyed the visits from the little kitty’s hanging around the villas :) can’t wait to come back, thanks David!

This is our 2nd time staying here. It’s a perfect quiet location. We bring our boat down and the water is deep enough easy access without worrying is your boat getting scraped on the bottom. The ice maker is great you don’t have to leave to pick up ice, the inside is clean, and has the most gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. We’ll be back 😊.

Fabulous stay!! Had the pleasure of meeting David and Daphne on site. Just a fantastic place to stay with all the comforts of home and more. Had an incredible time and it is our new favorite keys spot! We will be back sooner than later! Thank you David and Daphne!

Our stay in Duck Key was an absolute dream! The accommodations were the perfect size for two—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved how easy it was to just hang out and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. One of the best parts was the convenience of having our boat docked right behind the apartment. It made heading out on the water effortless, whether for a quick fishing trip or a sunset cruise. The backyard was a constant source of entertainment—fishing off the dock, spotting manatees, colorful fish, and a variety of birds. And every evening wrapped up with breathtaking sunsets that never got old. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak up the natural beauty of the Keys. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, scenic escape with direct access to the water!

This is my second time staying here and I’m always so sad to leave. The best views for the price anywhere in the keys. Clean space. Love taking the kayak out and seeing the tarpon and manatees! Quiet. Can’t wait to come back. Amazing hosts

We had an amazing trip to the middle keys and the place was exactly what we wanted. It's small and perfect for 1 or 2 people. The ability to have our boat right out the back door was the main reason for choosing Conch Key Villas. The kitchen and bath were updated and very clean. There was a laundry on site, kayaks, outdoor bar and grill for cooking your catch. Highly recommend this place!
