Conch Key Villas #1. Fun, fishing & great sunsets

We had an absolute amazing time in this cozy lil home away from home!! My husband and I loved every single thing about this place, king size bed, private fishing off the peer, saw nurse sharks, angel fish, parrot fish, manatee, many needle fish, Tarpon and I could go on!! We are rebooking next year when we get home!!! Just book it!

Such a cute place for couples. Quiet & peaceful. Ideal location. Dolphins in your backyard all day everyday. Motion lights added to the feel of safety when coming & going during the night. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

David was very responsive and easy to talk to, every time I had a question he was quick to respond. I will definitely rent from him again. Very beautiful spot.

This was our first time staying in Conch Key. We loved our stay and booked next year before we left. It was quiet but close to restaurants and excursions. We enjoyed having our boat right in front of our Villa. Sunsets were absolutely beautiful!! We had fresh lobster and snow crab right off the fishing docks. Everyone we met stayed there before and love it as well. This is definitely our go to place in the Keyes.

We really enjoyed our stay in Duck Key, and hope to visit again in the future! Everything was as described; very neat, clean and comfortable. The sunsets and water views were beautiful and we felt at home. Communication was excellent. Thank you. It was just what we were looking for! Great spot for a relaxing getaway!

Another flawless, awesome stay here! Our 2nd time at a different studio. Both just pristine, spacious for 2 people, great kitchen, fabulous view & sunsets and we always meet the nicest people staying there as well. David is always quick to respond & let us check in early which was so helpful. It’s peaceful, quiet and a perfect location for the middle keys. We love it here! Can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much for making our stay relaxing & we felt at home. Also thank you for the use of the great fishing pole in the closet. Perfect for fishing right out the door & a really nice rod too.

Le séjour a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. L’emplacement, les couchers de soleil, le calme et la compagnie des chats du quartier ! Le très grand lit était assez confortable, la cuisine bien équipée avec le grand frigo. Nous nous sommes sentis presque comme chez nous

We love it here! You can literally open the back door and you are feet away from the water. This is a great place to stay if you have a boat as well. David and Daphne were super friendly and welcoming. The unit had all we needed and was clean. Can't wait to come back.

The pictures don’t do this quaint, beautiful condo justice. Being right on the water—surrounded by manatees, dolphins, and colorful fish at the docks—is nothing short of amazing. 🌊🐬🐟 Each evening, the sunsets melt right into the Gulf, painting the sky in the most peaceful way. Sitting at the edge of the dock, feet in the water, watching the sun dip below the horizon was exactly what I needed for this vacation. 🌅✨ Thank you, David and Daphnie, for welcoming Moose and I into your beautiful home. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Had a great stay at CKV! The unit was very comfortable and had all the comforts of home. I loved being able to have our boat at our back door. The porch in the front yard was peaceful and relaxing. My fave part of the stay were the sunsets and watching the tarpon roll off the dock.

Great peaceful and clean place to stay.

The pictures of this place do not do it justice! Beautiful sunsets every night, tons of sea life off the dock. Saw many parrot fish, nurse sharks and even a Loggerhead turtle! This place is clean and as described! Close drive to Marathon and Islamorada for day trips! Kayaks and paddle boards for use at anytime! We will definitely be back!
