The property is located in the Middle Florida Keys,mile marker 63, close to both Marathon and Islamorada. Key West is only 63 miles away at mile marker 0. There are many restaurants a short drive from the property.

Paradise in the Keys The moment we walked into Villa #1 we knew we were in for a treat and we weren’t disappointed. The accommodations, the sunsets, herb/vegi garden, fishing, kayaks, boat slip, etc.. We didn’t know what to expect but loved it so much we booked our next stay while we were there. Wonderful Villa This was our 2nd time here. The villas have undergone a major renovation since our last visit, and it made the villas even nicer. The location can not be beat. It's very central in the Keys, about halfway between Key Largo & Key West. Plenty of peace and quiet, and beautiful sunsets. The water is only 3 steps from the door, and sea life around the boat docks is abundant. The property manager, Pete, was great. I cant say enough good things about Conch Key Villas. We will be back again.

10/10 Posted May 2, 2026 This was our second year staying at this condo, and it continues to be absolutely perfect for our needs. The unit is always clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen is especially well stocked with cookware and appliances, including both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker, which we really appreciate.One of our favorite features is how the unit opens directly to the dock. You can literally step right outside and be there. We spent most mornings and evenings on the patio, enjoying meals while watching the sunset, which never gets old.The wildlife right off the dock is incredible. During our stay, we saw manatees, parrot fish, nurse sharks, tarpon, and barracuda. It truly feels like a front-row seat to the beauty of the Keys. We also loved the two friendly outdoor cats who joined us most evenings to watch the sunset.The owners are wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful, and the housekeeping staff does a great job keeping everything in excellent condition.All in all, this condo feels like our own little slice of paradise. We look forward to returning again next spring.

We had an amazing time at conch key villas! The apartment was clean and well stocked. Our host was great, super nice and communicative. It was incredible waking up and seeing bequtiful views of the gulf -- we would even see manatees ans tarpon visiting our dock from the window. We rented a boat and used the boat slip with no issues, we even called the host while out on the water for tips on navigating the channel into conch key. We cannot recommend conch key villas enough, and are already planning our return visit!

Conch Key Villas is a hidden gem on Conch Key. Perfect sunsets looking out over the gulf. We brought our boat and there was room for our trailer and van. Boat slip out back was perfect. There is a boat ramp located at the end of the street - it was a little tricky but worth it due to how close it is to the property. The property itself was perfect. Newly remodeled and had all the amenities you would expect. We cooked dinner several nights and had everything we needed. Quiet and tucked away from the street noise. We had visits from the manatees on several days. Daphnie was a great host checking in with us everyday. We will definitely be back to this little slice of paradise and we would recommend this place to anyone.

David was a great host. He was very helpful and quick to communicate. The location of his place is in the middle keys and perfect for exploring from Key Largo down to Key West. We liked being in the middle of the keys because we were equal distance from each end and the activities we had booked. There is no need to go anywhere to see an amazing sunset. The back porch had the most amazing sunsets and beat out any others we saw while there! The place was well stocked. Guests should bring quarters if they want to use the guest laundry which is conveniently located outside the front door. We had a dedicated parking spot for our car. The air conditioner worked great-this is important for me! There were kayaks and paddle boards for guests to use which made for a fun afternoon. I would love to vacation there again!

What a great place to stay in the keys. Spacious studio setup! Plenty of Amenities! Updated interior/bathroom/kitchen as well. Nice location right between Marathon and Islamorada. Having the boat slip in front of the back door was great. Took us just minutes anytime we wanted to head out on the boat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Daphnie’s condo: a great location, a beautiful beach, beautiful, stylish, quiet and a fully equipped condo. We have food allergies, so I cook from scratch a lot. This place had everything I needed to feel home and make our fave meals. What I really appreciated that dishes/pans/utensils were like new, good quality and non toxic. The place has a designer touch and we really liked it. It was clean that to me is extremely important since I am a little bit of a germaphobe. The beach is great, there is a cute restaurant right on the beach that has amazing shrimp tacos. During our stay there were not too many people on the beach that was a big plus to us. We hope to come back again! P.S. it’s better not to touch the big tv remote. For watching tv, Netflix and other channels use the roku remote. You don’t need the other one.
