Studio One's rental is located on the ground level. We provide outside table and chairs, and just around the corner the barbecue grill is located to grill up those freshly caught Florida Keys' lobster or our wonderful assortment of Keys' fish. If you trailer your boat, the dockage is feet from the back door of this Florida Keys waterfront accommodation.
Our units differ vastly from other Florida Keys vacation rentals because our property is right on Florida's Bay which gives our guests unobstructed sunset views. Our accommodations will spoil you for any other rental because of our views!

Studio One can sleep 2 adults and 2 children. We have a king size bed and a futon. 
Enjoy what the heart of the Florida Keys, Conch Key, has to offer our visitors. Our area has great fishing because we are too far for the Marathon and Islamorada charter boat fishermen to travel to our reefs offshore of Conch Key. We have a nice patch of coral reef all to ourselves! Living on Conch Key, is one of our favorite charter boat guides, Capt. Dan. He has a Parker boat and will accommodate his guest for fishing, snorkeling, bird watching, or a picnic on one of Florida Keys deserted islands. Plus, he will pick up you up at the dock of your Conch Key rental apartment.
Another fisherman, a professional fly fishing guide, is Capt. Darren Williams. He will take two people for a day of fly fishing for tarpon, permit, bonefish, jacks, or redfish - all here in the Florida Keys. So, our Florida Keys waterfront weekly vacation rental is a great place to stay for your fishing excursions.
For snorkeling, Coffins Patch, is 6 miles to the west of your accommodation, on the oceanside. Coffins Patch is protected by the National Marine Sanctury, there are lots of tropical fish, lobster, grouper, yellowtail, and so much more to see while snorkeling in the water of the Florida Keys. We can arrange a private charter for you to see this wonderful area, or trailer you boat and we'll give you the directions.
