The information below will tell you our rental policy, cancellation policy, and the directions to our fabulous Florida Keys vacation rental, one of Florida Keys best places to stay for your vacationing money!
Rental Policy
- Check-in is 3:00 pm. and Check-out is 10:00 am.
- Parking - one vehicle and one boat trailer with the boat no longer than 25'. Or 2 vehicles with no trailer.
- Pets are invited but an agreement of courtesies has to be made with owners before arrival.
- Smoking is permitted outside only.
- Unregistered Guests – Conch Key Villa's facilities (e.g., parking, rooms, dockage, utilities, outside eating areas, etc.) are for registered renters only. Renters may not have unregistered guests or friends on the premises during their stay. Please let me know if there might be a special occasion where this rule might be waived.
- Personal Watercraft are not allowed at our location.
- Studio One, Two, and Four accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. Call for exceptions.
- The Two Bedroom Apartment accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. Call for exceptions.
Reservations
- Studio One, Two and Four Studio Efficiencies. We request half the rental rate at reservation time and the balance upon check-in. You can call us with your credit card information or mail a check. Conch Key Villas will send a confirmation of your reservation within 24 hours.
- The Two Bedroom Apartment. We request half the rental rate at reservation time and the balance upon check-in. You can call us with your credit card information or mail a check. Conch Key Villas will send a confirmation of your reservation within 24 hours.
- We request, upon check-in, a credit card deposit of $300.00 (or a check) for any damages to our rentals. This deposit is also used for any violations of our rental policies.
- Cancellations happen. If you cancel your vacation time, we will try our hardest to re-book that time period. If we are able to re-book for the same dates and price, we will refund your rental rate less $50.00 handling charge and less any price difference for a last minute booking discount. If we are unable to re-book the same dates, then we are very sorry, but you will loose your deposit. (Don't forget, we'll loose the same amount from the loss of income.)
- If a hurricane is predicted to hit the Florida Keys and our county emergency management director orders the tourists to leave the Florida Keys, your reservation will be refunded in full.
Directions
Conch Key is located off U.S.1 at mile marker 63, bayside, just past the Long Key Bridge.
You will find the mile markers along side of US 1, small green signs with the number. Key Largo is mile marker 120 and Key West is mile marker 0.
Turn right onto Conch Key (bayside). Now, turn left onto South Conch. We are the Conch colored (light pink) 4 unit, 2 story building. Please note your parking space is labeled the same as your rental unit. Please drive slowly once on Conch Key, thank you!
From Ft. Lauderdale Airport: Take 595 West to the Florida Turnpike - South. It takes about 2 1/2 hours to get to Conch Key from Ft. Lauderdale.
From Miami Airport: Take Highway 836 West to the Florida Turnpike - South. It takes about 2 hours to get to Conch Key from the Miami Airport.
Stay on the Turnpike until it dead-ends and merges into US 1 in Florida Keys.
From Key West International Airport: Drive north to mile marker 63 and turn left (bayside). It takes about one hour and 15 minutes from Key West.
