About Our Location

We are located on a very quaint and picturesque little island (only about 20 acres) called Conch Key (Mile Marker 63).  Conch Key is 2 miles Northeast of the Marathon City Limit and right in the middle of the beautiful chain of islands known as the Florida Keys.  Conch Key is one of the only places in the Keys that maintains the Old Key's laid back  lifestyle - you won't find a Planet Hollywood or Ripley's Believe It Or Not on our island.  The appeal of our old Key's lifestyle, and the island's numerous 75 foot coconut palm trees, make for a true Keys experience.  

Conch Key Villas sits on the point of the Key over looking the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  If fishing, boating, diving, golf or just hanging around at the waterfront is your forte then you will not be disappointed.

Bonefish and Tarpon fisheries completely surround us and excellent deep sea fishing is just around the corner.  If you are a boater, then you will enjoy our immediate access to the Gulf and Ocean.   Diving opportunities also abound with numerous local dive operations just a short drive away.  For golfers, one of the few Florida Keys golf courses is just 7 miles away, and for the swimmers and sun bathers we have excellent swimming right from our location and a sun deck for laying out.

Let us not forget the shoppers in the crowd.   Numerous local shops offering Keys fare are located nearby in both the downtown areas of Marathon and Islamorada.

Centrally located in the heart of the Florida Keys and just 1/4 mile from U.S. 1, we are just minutes from dozens of major restaurants, bars and resorts.
