RULES

• Please let me know if you are bringing a boat. The slips are suitable for boat up to 25 Feet.

• Do to the lack parking at the Villas we need to have you put your boat overboard before you arrive at Conch Villas. You can put your boat overboard at the  Duck Key ramp just across the bridge or at the Motel just as you turn onto Conch. The phone number there is

• You can park your trailer at Conch in the space provided for your trailer and car.

• When you are leaving it is really important that you pack up and then pick up your boat when you leave. We just don't have enough parking  for your car and boat to be at Conch as you pack. The police are checking on this so please check out then pick up your boat. There are car (boat) washing stations as you head out of the Keys.
